The reason I became a life coach is because I love seeing how people’s confidence and motivation can increase as they realise it is within themselves to achieve their dreams, as I help them to look at their lives with a different viewpoint.

Hi, my name is Karen and I am from Manchester, in the UK.  I have been working within the NHS and the local Council for almost 10 years helping people to make positive lifestyle changes. Throughout this time, I worked with clients both on a one to one and in a group setting. 


Alongside this I have personally spent time looking at the philosophy of life and why we are here and, through daily practice, I have learnt to become more aware of each moment and to look at life with a positive view.


As a life coach I am here to listen to you and help guide you forward, so you can begin to make positive changes in your life.  As you are reading this you must be thinking about getting some help to change one or more aspects of your current lifestyle.  I understand that taking the first step can often feel daunting, but I am a very friendly, approachable, and non-judgemental person and I look forward to meeting you for our free introductory session so you can decide for yourself if I am the right coach for you.
