Hi, my name is Karen and I am from Manchester, in the UK.  I have been working within the NHS and the local Council for almost 10 years helping people to make positive lifestyle changes. Throughout this time, I worked with clients both on a one to one and in a group setting. 


Alongside this I have personally spent time looking at the philosophy of life and why we are here and, through daily practice, I have learnt to become more aware of each moment and to look at life with a positive view.
